Aphena

Aphena offers two distinct operations in the United States, which are both DEA licensed and FDA registered. A solid dose division in Tennessee and a liquid manufacturing and packaging campus in Maryland. TNRDF was blessed with the opportunity to work with Plateau property partners LLC in the revitalization of the former Russell Stover chocolate factory. Aphena’s new home, which was first announced in September 2020, included the acquisition of the 578,000 square-foot facility that is purpose built for FDA manufacturing and packaging operations and represents Aphena’s expansion into Biologics, cold chain storage, and third-party logistics distribution. This project was a targeted $21 million expansion and has created close to 700 jobs
