The Cookeville Human Fund

Tennessee Rural Development Fund is blessed to partner with the Cookeville Human Fund. The Cookeville Human Fund is a non-profit organization that is tailored to “street-level” problem-solving incidents and encounters through the lens of law enforcement. The Cookeville Human Fund is completely funded by the community.

Words from Officer deClaire, “As a local police officer who is on the front lines, there are times I will run across someone that needs some help that would require a small amount of money. Things such as a need for food/baby food, prescription medication, diapers, gas, transportation, minor car repair, etc. I then created the Cookeville Human Fund to address the communities needs.”
